Team

Vickie Froemming, Office Manager

With 20 years of dental and medical experience, I have enjoyed working with patients and their families because I am very much a people-person. My main concern is how to make you feel most comfortable during your dental visit. Away from the office, I also enjoy reading, movies, travel, the Arboretum and most of all, the beach! I am married with four grown children – a daughter, three sons, and two daughters-in-law. Please let me know if I can do anything for your comfort or answer any questions during your dental visit.

Vanessa Dalbec, Licensed Dental Assistant

I graduated from Dakota County Technical College with a degree in dental assisting. It's hard to believe I have been a dental assistant for nearly 12 years! I love the variety my job offers, and I most enjoy helping people have a positive experience at the dentist, especially children. Working in dentistry has taught me leadership and organization, as well as patience and sympathy.

As a MN native, I grew up in Burnsville but spent summers on my grandparents’ farm in rural Prior Lake. It seemed only natural that when my husband Joe and I married, we start a farm life. At our hobby farm in Cokato, Joe and I raise goats, chickens and pigs, and we have two dogs, Chewy and Keysha.

We love to use our farm to provide for us. We harvest and preserve from our large garden, make maple syrup, and use milk from our goats and eggs from the chickens. Good thing I love to cook and bake! I love the MN summers that allow me to garden, paddleboard, rollerblade, and walk my dogs. I love trying new restaurants, a good book, friends and family. Of course it's not complete without a craft beer or local wine!

Karen Vaillancourt, Dental Hygienist

I have been working in the dental field for over ten years. Being a dental hygienist is truly my passion because I love connecting with patients. I graduated from Century College with degrees in both dental hygiene and dental assisting. Because of this background, I can always help with questions you may have about your dental or hygiene treatment. I will always strive to give you a comfortable, pleasant experience with your dental visit to help you achieve your best smile.

I was born and raised in St. Paul, and I currently live in Shakopee with my significant other Travis, my two children, and his two children. In our spare time, we enjoy watching our kids in their various sports and activities throughout the year. We also enjoy spending time up north with family and friends. Travis and I like to try new restaurants, go to comedy clubs, see live music, and take the kids to the movies. I like to read, spend time cooking and baking, and take our dog, Wilma, on walks.
